A survey really earns its keep the first time round, when you don’t know what’s there yet. It gives you a full record of the fire doors in the building, which follow-up inspections then keep up to date.

Will a survey tell me which doors need replacing?
It tells you which doors fail and why, with a clear recommendation for each. Some defects can be fixed, some doors may need replacing. Because we don’t do the work, the advice is impartial.

Do you cover buildings outside Manchester?
Yes. We’re based in Greater Manchester and carry out surveys nationwide.
Who carries out the inspections?
Inspections are carried out by a FireQual-accredited inspector. Pronto Surveys is based in Greater Manchester and works nationwide.
Does Pronto fix the doors that fail?
No. We don’t do remedial works, which is exactly why our reports are impartial. You can send the report to any contractor you like for quotes.
